With LE SOLEIL, the Sonnenhof in Lautenbach has extended its culinary range by another "sun".
The manager, Florian Kabis, and his head chef, Michael Braun, both regard the interior of the new restaurant in the Sonnenhof complex as particularly consistent. "Over the last two years, we have done our utmost to establish a culinary centre with exclusive hospitality," explained Mr Kabis. "The expansion of the overall concept by the Restaurant LE SOLEIL allows us to present an additional aspect of food to all our guests." Whereby the emphasis is on "all guests" as Mr Braun adds.
